4p- Growth Charts

In August of 2003, the members of the 4p- Support Group submitted information in order to create 4p- growth charts that families could provide to their child’s doctors.  Families are encouraged to share these growth charts with their child’s physicians.  Currently the 4p- Support Group is working to working to update these charts.  Families can help participate by going to the biographical information tab and submitting a Bio form on their child.
